Elementary

Gracewood Academy’s elementary program offers a balanced mix of core classes and electives, designed to foster a love of learning from a young age. Students can begin attending electives at 9 years old and engage in core classes starting at 10 years old. They have the flexibility to sign up for individual classes or opt for a full class schedule. Due to their popularity, our classes fill up quickly, so early registration is encouraged.

Our elementary classes maintain a 14:1 student-to-teacher ratio, ensuring personalized attention and an engaging learning environment. Teachers focus on creating a classroom atmosphere that inspires curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

Each school day begins with the Pledge of Allegiance and a daily devotional, setting a positive and reflective tone for the day. Classes are designed to be interactive and hands-on, providing students with meaningful and immersive learning experiences.

Elementary students also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of enriching activities, including field trips, social events, and community service projects. Additionally, they can enjoy fun traditions like class holiday parties, Field Day, and a Thanksgiving Feast, making their time at Gracewood Academy both educational and memorable.
